Springvale Director Re-Elected to Board of Trustees

At the annual meeting of the Ohio Council of Behavioral Health and Family Service Providers held on October 30-31, 2024, it was announced that JJ Boroski, MA, LPCC-S, Executive Director of SpringVale Health Centers, Inc. located in Dover, Ohio, was re-elected by the membership to serve on the Board of Trustees. Mr. Boroski previously served on the Ohio Council Board of Trustees from January 2012 through December 2020 where he served as the Secretary/Treasurer from 2017-2018 and as the President from 2018-2020.

“I am excited to, again, serve on the Board of Trustees representing Tuscarawas and Carroll counties and being able to advocate for policy and legislation that promotes behavioral health as essential healthcare,” Boroski said.

The Ohio Council of Behavioral Health & Family Services Providers (The Ohio Council) is a statewide trade and advocacy association representing over 165 private businesses providing community-based prevention, substance use, mental health, and family services throughout Ohio.  Our member organizations care for individuals and families across the lifespan by offering person-centered services and support.
