In addition to our core healthcare services, SpringVale Health Centers has several staff members dedicated to helping you access the care you need and assist you with any questions you may have about our services.
These services are provided at little to no cost to the individual. Our purpose in providing these services is to ensure you or your loved ones are connecting to all services available to you in our community.
Care Coordination:
By working closely with you and your providers, the Care Coordinator helps you determine your or your loved one’s unique needs. Whether it’s housing, food, employment assistance, clothing, childcare, primary care, or dental care, the Care Coordinator is available to link you with the appropriate resources and help you navigate through the process of ensuring you receive what you need.
We encourage you to call our Hospital Drive location at 330.343.6631 and ask for the Care Coordinator. The Care Coordinator’s office is located at our Dover behavioral health building at 201 Hospital Drive, Dover, Ohio.
Application Counselor: Healthcare Coverage Options and Assistance
The landscape of health insurance is always changing. In fact, what may have been true last year, may not be true today. Our Certified Application Counselor is available anyone who has questions about their current healthcare coverage or needs assistance with determining the best healthcare coverage for themselves or their loved ones.
The Certified Application Counselor can help answer questions about:
- Open Enrollment (American Care Act)
- Medicaid
- Medicare
- Disability
- Social Security
- Supplemental Security Income

Interpretation Services
SpringVale Health Centers utilizes local interpreters and the MARTTI translation service to provide effective and confidential communication between you and your healthcare provider. Interpretation services include American Sign Language (ASL), Spanish, several Central American languages, and over 250 other languages. These services are available in-person, virtually, or by telephone.
