Comprehensive healthcare includes connecting you and your loved ones to essential resources within our community. In both Tuscarawas and Carroll counties, there are several organizations that can provide essential services – many times at little to no cost to the individual.

These services are available no matter where you live – Dover, New Philadelphia, Carrollton, Uhrichsville, Dennison, or somewhere in between.

Services in both Tuscarawas and Carroll counties include transportation, food and meals, clothing and household items, financial assistance, childcare, tax preparation and filing, specialized care, senior services, utility assistance, and so much more.

Access To Care

SpringVale Health Centers accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. A sliding-fee scale is also available. No individual will be turned away due to their inability to pay for services.
