Child/Adolescent Behavioral Health Services
SpringVale Health Centers offers comprehensive behavioral health services for youth ages 4 to 17. These services are available at our Dover and Carrollton locations.
Every child who comes to SpringVale Health Centers starts with an assessment, evaluation, and the development of an individualized plan of care. This care plan can include ongoing individual and family counseling, medication management, referrals to primary care and/or dental services, and matching individuals with counselors and/or case managers.
How we help
Every individual receives a comprehensive assessment to ensure an individualized and appropriate treatment plan. Among the more common behavioral health issues we help students and families with include:

- School Problems
- Poor Attention Span
- Anxiety (including performance-related anxiety)
- Anger Management/Low Frustration Tolerance
- Depression
- Disruptive behavior
- Trauma
- Irritability
- Interpersonal Conflicts
Who qualifies for school-based counseling?
SpringVale accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurances. Case Management services are available to individuals covered by Medicaid. A sliding-fee scale (self-pay) option is also available.

SpringVale Health Centers provide behavioral health, primary care, dental services, and pharmacy services for individuals of all ages. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. A sliding-fee scale (self-pay) option also is available. Please note, that dental services are not covered by Medicare.
