SpringVale Health Centers’ RapidCare Medical & Behavioral Health Urgent Care will relocate to 335 Oxford Street in Dover, reopening Monday, November 2, 2026. The move is intended to improve access and convenience for individuals and families throughout the community.
RapidCare’s current location at 155 Garland Drive SW in New Philadelphia will close at Thursday, October 29 at 5:30 p.m. The new location is just off Wooster Avenue and will house RapidCare alongside SpringVale Pharmacy, primary care, psychiatry and OB/GYN services.
“The new location brings RapidCare together with many of SpringVale’s existing health care services, making it more convenient for individuals and families to access the care they need,” said JJ Boroski, executive director of SpringVale Health Centers. “We’ve heard feedback that our previous location could be difficult to find, and individuals sometimes had to travel across town to fill prescriptions. With RapidCare and SpringVale Pharmacy in the same building, we’re making it easier to access care and medications in one convenient location.”
The move also strengthens connections to SpringVale’s broader network of services, including counseling and case management, helping individuals connect with additional care when appropriate.
RapidCare provides walk-in medical care for individuals of all ages experiencing non-emergency injuries, colds, flu, infections and other common illnesses. Walk-in behavioral health services are also available, including one-on-one meetings with a behavioral health counselor. No appointment is required, and there is no cost to the individual for behavioral health urgent care services.
Due to space limitations at the new location, in-house X-ray services will no longer be available at RapidCare.
The relocation is part of SpringVale’s ongoing efforts to improve access to affordable, comprehensive health care throughout the communities it serves.
