Formerly Community Mental Healthcare, Inc., SpringVale Health Centers has provided high-quality, person-centered health care services to Tuscarawas and Carroll counties for over 55 years.

Individual and group counseling, psychiatry, MAT and substance use treatment, school-based counseling, case management, day-treatment, crisis stabilization unit, and 24/7 Crisis Intervention.

Primary care services are available for individuals of all ages at our Bellevue location in Dover. We’re always accepting new patients!

Dental and dental hygiene services for individuals of all ages are available at our S. Bellevue Ave. location in Dover.

Pharmacy

Our on-site pharmacy offers an easy and quick option to obtain your prescriptions. Sliding-fee programs are available for those who qualify. Free delivery is available for those living within 10 miles of our S. Bellevue Ave. location.

For over 55 years, we’ve provided quality, accessible, and affordable healthcare to Tuscarawas and Carroll counties. Our locations are centrally located in both counties, and we continue to expand and enhance our services to make it even easier to access high-quality healthcare.

SpringVale Health Centers accept Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. A sliding-fee scale also is available.

We also offer prescription delivery, video- and tele-health for primary care and behavioral health services, transportation, case management, and urgent care – all with extended hours for your convenience.
