SpringVale Health Centers accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. A sliding-fee scale is also available. No individual will be turned away due to their inability to pay for services.

We have dedicated staff to help you navigate the enrollment processes of Medicaid and Medicare. Our Application Counselor can also help you enroll for insurance through the Marketplace at To learn more, call our Application Counselor at 330.343.6631.

Connect with other Survivors

Survivors of Suicide meet on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm. Meetings are
held at SpringVale Health Centers at 201 Hospital Drive, Dover, OH 44622.

Life after loss.

A survivor of suicide is anyone who is affected by the loss of a person who died by suicide.

Survivors can be family, friends, or acquaintances.

Survivors do not need to be a part of the family to experience grief.
Grief does not follow a defined path or timeline. Learning to live with your loss is an extremely
personal and unique process. SOS allows you to learn to process and live with your grief
without any pressure or expectations about your progress.
